You can request deletion of your Vasabells account and associated personal information by emailing us from the email address linked to your account.
What to include
Please include the email address for the account you want deleted and the name of the relevant workspace or project, if applicable. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
What happens next
We will review your request and delete or de-identify eligible account information. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legal obligations.
Workspace access
If your account belongs to a team workspace, deleting your personal account does not automatically delete the workspace or information controlled by the workspace owner. Contact your workspace administrator if you need help with workspace-level data.
