Refund requests

We review refund requests based on the relevant plan, order, service status, and applicable law. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

Cancellation

You may contact us to cancel a paid service. Cancellation stops future renewals where applicable; it does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid. Any statutory rights you have are not affected by this policy.
