Connected communication channels

Vasabells can bring customer conversations from connected WhatsApp Business accounts, website chat, and email inboxes into one workspace. When a business connects a channel, we process the conversation information received through that channel so the business can view, organize, and reply to its customer conversations. Each business is responsible for the channels and customer communications it connects to Vasabells.

How we use information

We use information to provide and support Vasabells, authenticate users, display and organize conversations, deliver messages and notifications requested through the service, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We may also use account contact information to send service-related communications and, where permitted, information about Vasabells.

Who can access information

Conversation information is available to authorized users of the business workspace that manages the connected channel. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate, secure, or support Vasabells, and where required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of a Vasabells account and associated information through our Delete Account page. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should keep your account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting us. Available rights may depend on where you live and the nature of your request.
